Yarn Along
{ Yarn Along }
I am finally getting around to sharing my Christmas knits. I finished the Sea Urchin Beret from Tend Magazine. It was surprisingly easy and enjoyable knit. I think I will be making another in the future. I also finished a Milo Sweater for our little guy. My latest project is the Downton Abbey Cowl which is a perfect knit for this time of year since we have just started Season 5.
I am reading Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty. I am not sure if I love it but I'll finish it and see how I feel about it once I am done.

Hi Kathleen! Oh, you are a knitter! I am, too. I love your hat and can't wait to see how your cowl turns out. I wanted to knit a Milo for one of my nephews a few years ago, but I didn't want to purchase the pattern, so I wrote a little vest pattern. It is both frustrating and exhilarating to write knitting patterns. I see you are delving into pattern writing, too. I am now following you through Bloglovin' and look forward to getting to know you better.
ReplyDeleteGoodness- that hat is so pretty on you- love the color and the pattern- beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLovely knits...I've never made a Milo but have seen it so often that I might have to add it to my queue. Is it Downton time again? Oh my!
ReplyDeleteWonderful knits! I love the look of the Downton Abbey cowl.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful knits, Kathleen!! I love all of them :) my favorite is the cowl, I've been wearing the same three or four a lot these cold days.
ReplyDeleteThank you everyone. I am sorry I haven't responded earlier but we seem to have the strep bug going through our home... Sigh!
