Yarn Along

:: Yarn Along ::

So much to NOT say about this week in my knitting. I am still working on my KAL "Follow Your Arrow" but I am now a week behind because I think my brain stopped working this week and I misread the directions and had to undo some rows of knitting. Rather exhausting and frustrating but it had to be done. Sigh. But I figured it out and I am now back on track. It is really fun knitting something that has an unknown outcome, every section is a surprise. I started a new baby sweater the other night after finishing another baby cap. This sweater pattern is out of a book entitled Easy Baby Knits

I am currently reading Death Comes at Pemberley by P.D. James. As a general rule of thumb I do not read anything that deviates from Jane Austen's original work but I like it so far.

Hope you are having a wonderful knitting week!

  1. Oh no! Sorry about the undoing, never fun and always a little frustrating. I am knitting away on a shawl, a big one, and it is taking forever. I know I will enjoy it once it is finished though :)

    Have a great day!

  2. oh no! unknitting is not fun knitting :( I hope you catch up or at least stay on the course of knitting away on the shawl. I've read a few PD james books way back when. Can't remember liking or disliking them!!

  3. P. D. James does have such a way with words, doesn't she? I've not read that book, but I've read others by her and been really impressed.
