:: From the Sewing Table ::
I have been burning the midnight oil these past few nights while I work on birthday gifts and a dress for our little one who will be turning two on Saturday. I can't believe that my little baby will no longer be a baby but a two year old. Every day she discovers or learn something new, it truly exciting to watch. We call her the girl with one hundred hands because she is always getting into something just yesterday she decided to decorate our wall with markers (thankfully, they were washable). But for my little one I will spend a few more late nights finishing up some homemade things for her big day on Saturday.
Birthday dress fabric and pattern from (Oliver + S) and a birthday crown.
On an unrelated note, I just wanted to add a word of thought and prayer for those effected by the awful tornadoes in Oklahoma. I do have some friends and family with loved ones in Oklahoma and I am happy to report they are doing well. But for all those suffering unimaginable sadness and loss my heart and thoughts are with them this day.
Such lovely projects. The crown looks great!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that crown! So, so cute. :) Enjoy the sewing...
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, the storms were tragic. So glad your friends and family are ok.
