Yarn Along

Joining Ginny of Small Things
Even though we have been very busy with the holidays I have been able to do a lot of knitting. 14 hour car rides make plenty of time for knitting and finishing all kinds of projects. I finished my seed stitch cowl just in time for cold weather at my parents. I made another dishcloth for the kitchen. And...I finished my first sweater for my oldest gal! I love it and she does too! I added some willow branch buttons for a little flare. I also made a lot of progress on my youngest gal's sweater. With everything finishing up it is time to start some new projects and start knitting hexipuffs for my beekeeper quilt. I started reading Barbara Kingsolver's newest book, Flight Behavior. So far, so good! I started reading her work in high school and love her writings. I hope everyone had wonderful holidays!
Happy Knitting!
