Monday Morning Hike

This morning decided to set off and take a trip to our local state park that is only about 10 minutes from our home.  Even the the skies were filled with clouds and it threatened of rain, we set off to explore and discover. The park sits along the Crooked River, it is home too many creatures like feral hogs, bobcats, white tailed deer, ospery, cranes, birds, and armadillo. The girls enjoyed a leisurely hike through the woods and we even stopped at a birding platform to watch the waters. I think it was a great way to start the week. We centered ourselves with some time in the forest.
