Joining Ginny from Small Things 

Ladies and Gentlemen! I am almost finished the Shoreline Lace Shawl. The next step is a wash and block. I read that it opens up the lace stitches. Any advice on whether or not I should do this? I am reading Prodigal Summer by Barbara Kingsolver and Beyond the Rainbow Bridge by Barbara J. Patterson. I am loving both of them. I recommend both books. 

I am also starting work on little stocking stuffers for the girls. Christmas is months away but never too soon to start. I purchased the pattern from mamma4earth an Etsy shop. I love Linda's patterns and blog! I hope that I do her beautiful patterns justice.
