Homeschooling

Learning at Home is a new section on our blog which will chronicle the adventures of learning in our home. My husband and I (after many discussions) feel that right now our best option for preschool will be homeschooling our children. It is a big step and scary one because it is going against the "normal" way of doing things. However, I am confident that with a background in teaching I can do it. I am learning that homeschooling is one part- faith, one part-love, one part- confidence, and one part- hard work. I welcome all and any advice on homeschooling.

This fall we will be starting Montessori at Home program along with the Little Saints Preschool Program. This is a very exciting time for us and we can't wait to share all the wonderful things we are doing and learning. Check back soon for pictures and updates.
