Yarn Along

Joining Ginny of Small Things
As you can tell from the pile of yarn on my table, I am on a knitting binge. The heirloom baby sweater is knitting up quickly and I hope to be done by next week. I am little nervous about sewing it up because it is a new technique to me. We'll see what happens. The basketweave scarf is knitting but very slowly. Hopefully, James will get this scarf this Christmas and not next! The purple yarn is for the Milo sweater vest pattern for Miss E. I would have started it but I had to order a circular knitting needle for it. ( I have no idea where my first set of size 6 needles went). Lastly, the autumn colored yarn is for a gift of a bookmark to go with a book. Needless to say, every spare moment is taken up with knitting or sewing. I just started reading this new book, The Widow's Daughter. It is quite interesting and engaging. I love the setting of Auckland, New Zealand.
What are you knitting?
Happy Knitting!
