A Weekend in a Few Photos & Words

:: A Weekend in a Few Photos & Words ::

This weekend was our last weekend before it was back to proverbial grind. We eased into especially since it snowed on Thursday and Friday. Saturday was spent celebrating my husband's grandmothers' 91st Birthday near his hometown. It was so fun, relaxing, and nothing beats great Mexican food. We even stopped at a yarn shop on the way so I could pick up something soft and sweet for baby hats. Sunday was spent with time at Mass celebrating the Epiphany and then evening at my parent's house celebrating my brother's birthday. Even though it was cold and dreary most of the weekend, we seemed to celebrate a lot of truly wonderful people.

A great way to end Christmas vacation.

  2. Happy birthday! I hope I can celebrate 91 one day. Love the candle making photo, a craft I do not do but find intriguing.
