Making Bread

Anytime we are away visiting or traveling I always feel a bit unbalanced when we get back home and get settled. I have to balance our lives and find my own center again. Today, I decided that the best place to start was making bread for the weekend. It is the best place to start. Bread is the staff of life, the life blood of our ancestors, and the roots of our history. A very good place to start....

The Cinnamon Raisin Bread 

I am never able to take pictures during the actually rolling process because of doughy fingers and a camera. 

Shhhh!! The bread is resting!
